We are seeking a highly motivated person who wants to make a difference and have impact on our company’s growth.
Help build a first class operations department in an awesome atmosphere.

Your role would include:

  • Order management in company ERP system
    • Generate Sales Orders using matching estimates and customer POs
    • Select distribution vendors with each order based on availability, price and other strategic factors
    • Generate and deliver drop-ship POs to distribution vendors
  • Order followup
    • Verify that each order has been entered correctly with distribution vendor
    • Gather and communicate any extended ETAs with the account manager
    • Generate shipment notifications to deliver to relevant end users
  • Availability to create customer estimates in company ERP system
    • Utilize distribution vendor quotes and historical data to generate estimates
    • Maintain consistency and accuracy with every estimate record
  • Other administrative duties TBD
